L.L.Bean Rewards is our free loyalty program that lets you earn rewards and enjoy special benefits when you shop with us—no credit card required. It’s simple: shop, earn points, turn them into Bean Bucks, and use them to save on your next L.L.Bean purchase.
How do I join?
Joining is easy and free. You can sign up online at llbean.com, in a U.S. L.L.Bean Retail Store or Outlet, or when placing an order with us over the phone. You’ll just need to provide basic information like your name, phone number, email address, and billing address. The program is open to U.S. residents age 18 or older.
How do I earn points?
You earn points on eligible purchases made:
- In U.S. L.L.Bean Retail Stores or Outlets
- On llbean.com
- By phone through L.L.Bean’s Customer Service
Most merchandise purchases qualify. Purchases made through L.L.Bean’s Outdoor Discovery Programs, L.L.Bean for Business, or third-party retailers are excluded from earning points.
How many points do I earn?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. Points are calculated after discounts and before taxes, shipping, and other fees.
When will my points appear?
Points are added when payment for your purchase is processed:
- In-store: shortly after purchase
- Online/phone: once your order ships
How do I use my Bean Bucks?
When you place a new order, you can apply them to receive a discount on eligible L.L.Bean purchases:
- When you sign in to your llbean.com account before checkout
- When you provide your phone number or name and zip code in U.S. L.L.Bean Retail Stores or Outlets
- When ordering by phone through Customer Service
Do my points expire?
Points don’t expire as long as your membership remains active.
Do my Bean Bucks expire?
Yes, your full Bean Bucks balance will expire 9 months (specifically, 270 days) after your most recent Bean Bucks earn event.
What happens to my points and Bean Bucks if I get an L.L.Bean Mastercard?
If you are approved for an L.L.Bean Mastercard, the dollar value of your available points and any available Bean Bucks earned through the L.L.Bean Rewards program will automatically convert to your new L.L.Bean Mastercard account. Please allow up to 30 days for the transfer to be processed.
